We are a small accounting firm and currently lease a 4,000 square foot, single-floor professional office building on Fletcher Avenue near the intersection with Dale Mabry in Tampa. Due to a recent down sizing, we have too much space and are considering an arrangement to sub out 2,000-3,000 square feet of the building.
