We are a small accounting firm and currently lease a 4,000 square foot, single-floor professional office building on Fletcher Avenue near the intersection with Dale Mabry in Tampa. Due to a recent down sizing, we have too much space and are considering an arrangement to sub out 2,000-3,000 square feet of the building. The current rate is $21.66 a square foot (annual), so that would be $3,600-$4,800 a month for 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, respectively…which is a fairly decent rate in and of itself for good professional space, but this place is fully furnished
