Beautiful, quaint complex looking to rent out several office spaces not currently being used. There are several units available, so rent and sq ft will vary based on unit wanted. The rent will include: -Electricity -Water -Use of our conference room (must be scheduled) -Use of full kitchen -Internet -Desk/shelving The rent will not include: -Phone (these lines must remain open for use by company that is currently housed there) -Copier/Fax/Printing (again, is in use by company there) These can be purchased at additional charges.
