“We would like to acknowledge our new landlord, East Bay Properties for their quick response to fixing broken items, making the temperature comfortable in our unit when needed and always being available by phone for questions. We asked if they could put cigarette butt containers in front of the building and they did so immediately. It is evident that they care about their building and tenants.
